To request a refund or exchange for a wrong or defective product, please follow these steps:

   • A detailed description of the issue (wrong item or defect)
   • Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product. Ensure the shipping label is visible, and the packaging remains sealed.
   • The video should be submitted without any pause or cut to accurately capture the unboxing process and share it on www.curlyknotshop@gmail.com send a message on What’s App or dm us on Instagram @curlyknotshop
   • Photos showing the issue with the product (if applicable)
2. Return Instructions:
   Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Return the Item:
   
   • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
   • If the product is not defective (e.g., you simply changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping.
4. Refund or Exchange Processing:

Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product should not show signs of excessive wear or misuse.
• Products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, we will gladly accept returns and offer:

• A full refund, including the original shipping costs.
• An exchange for the same product, or if unavailable, an alternative product of equal value.

Exchanges
